Returns and Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods in your order, please contact us within 48 hours, so we can arrange a return and claim. Because of the personal nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged in shipping. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from us, we encourage you to contact our customer service department via the email provided on our webstore.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any items wanting to be returned that appear to be in original condition and are unused. A inspection of each item will be performed at the time of the return and a finial decision will also be made. These charges cover our time and cost of processing your original sale and your credit return.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available to us.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are flat-rate based on weight and final package dimensions. While we try to ensure an accurate quote at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to adjust the final total based on the final rate we are quoted at the mail depot.
