ANNOUNCEMENT - WEATHER DELAYS IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to disruptions from Extreme Weather Events and potential delivery carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Canada Post has suspended On-time Delivery Guarantees for all parcel services, until further notice. We cannot guarantee timing over the border, therefore please be patient as we are all working in situations we have never experienced before. We will continue to package and ship orders within 1-3 business days of order verification by email. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions on the status of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to any address in the world. Exceptions apply to certain items/products that may have international restrictions. Shipping rates are based on weight and final package dimensions. While we try to ensure an accurate quote at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to adjust the final total based on the final rate we are quoted at the mail depot. This may result in additional fees for the purchaser.*

Free Shipping Details

Free Shipping Canada Wide - Spend $65.00 or more.

  • Free shipping is only available on regular priced items. Free shipping is not available on sale items or during a sale event (i.e. Black Friday, 420 Sale etc.)

Free Local Shipping - Calgary Only - Spend $20.00 or more. Use coupon code YYCDELIVERY to receive the discount at checkout.

  • To qualify for free same-day delivery your order must be placed and verified by 6:00PM.
  • With limited staff due to downsizing we have two pre-determined delivery times 2:00PM and after 9:00PM.
  • You will receive a text from our driver when they are on their way with your order. If you have special delivery instructions, please add them to your order notes or respond to the driver directly.  

$25.00 Flat-rate in Canada and Worldwide

  • All orders placed during a sale event are subject to a $25.00 flat-rate shipping fee in Canada and Worldwide. We do not offer free shipping during sale events.

When you place an order with The Next Level Inc., we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available to us.

*Oversized and remote location deliveries - The Next Level Inc. will cover the first $25.00 of any order that qualifies for our "Free Shipping". Any amount over the $25.00 coverage is the customers responsibility and this may change the order total.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive damaged goods in your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a return and claim tag. Pictures really help speed up this process. Because of the personal nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged in shipping. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from us, we encourage you to contact our customer service department via the email fred@thenextlevelinc.ca.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any items to be returned that appear to be in original condition and are unused. An inspection of each item will be performed at the time of the return and a final decision will be made at that time. These charges cover our time and cost of processing your original sale and your credit return.
