Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to any address in the world. Exceptions may apply to certain items/products that may have international restrictions please review your country's laws before placing an order as our product may not be legal to ship into other countries. Shipping rates are based final package dimensions and weight. While we try to ensure an accurate quote at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to adjust the final total based on the final rate we are quoted at the mail depot. This may result in additional fees for the purchaser.*

Free Shipping Details

Free Shipping Canada Wide - Spend $75.00 or more.

    • Free shipping is only available on regular priced items. Free shipping is not available on sale items or during a sale event (i.e. Black Friday, 420 Sale etc.)
    • FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY ON SALE ORDERS: Only one (1) discount code can be used per order. You choose either Free Shipping or Discount (% off order). 

Free Local Shipping - Calgary Only - Spend $35.00 or more. Use coupon code YYCDELIVERY to receive the discount at checkout.

    • To qualify for free same-day delivery your order must be placed and verified by:
        • Monday to Saturday 6:00PM 
        • Sunday 4:00PM 
        • Excludes Stat Holidays
    • With limited staff due to downsizing we have two predetermined delivery times: 2:00PM and after 9:00PM.
    • You will receive a text from our driver when they are on their way with your order. If you have special delivery instructions, please add them to your order notes or respond to the driver directly.  

$25.00 Flat-rate in Canada and Worldwide

    • All orders placed during a sale event are subject to a $25.00 flat-rate shipping fee in Canada and Worldwide. We do not offer free shipping during sale events.

When you place an order with The Next Level Inc., we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available to us.

*Oversized and remote location deliveries - The Next Level Inc. will cover the first $25.00 of any order that qualifies for our "Free Shipping". Any amount over the $25.00 coverage is the customers responsibility and this may change the order total.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive damaged goods in your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a return and claim tag.

    • Order number
    • Product TNL code and name (this information can be found in your order confirmation email)
    • Details of the damages
    • Pictures or Video of damaged item(s)

 

UNVERIFIED ORDERS

The Next Level sends an email verification for all first time orders. This email allows us to verify shipping details, missing/unavailable order item(s) and correct any order errors. A response is required by the purchaser prior to shipping/delivering an order. An email (written digital) response is preferred. We provide a 5 day verification period from the date of the first verification email.

Should an order be deemed unverified by The Next Level a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.  

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because of the personal nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged in shipping. If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from us we still encourage you to contact us. Email: fred@thenextlevelinc.ca.

If we have authorized a return on your product, you should mail your product to: #101, 3608 17th Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta, CA T2A0R9

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all item(s) to be returned that appear to be in original packaging and condition and is unused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Cancellation of your order after we have shipped the item will also have a 20% restocking fee applied and any shipping costs will be credited back to The Next Level.

Cancellation of your order before we have shipped the item will also have a 10% restocking fee applied for all processing credited back to The Next Level.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Should an order be deemed undeliverable for any reason (i.e. Customs issues, incorrect address etc.) the cost of return shipping to The Next Level and any additional shipping over the $25.00 flat rate coverage through our free shipping policy (Should it apply to the sale) is the responsibility of the purchaser. There will also be a 20% restocking fee applied in accordance to our policy. Should the purchaser decide not to proceed with the order once the item(s) have been returned to The Next Level, a calculation with be preformed and then a refund will be applied in accordance with our Returns Policy and additional fees will be deducted. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS

ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL - No returns or exchanges on SALE items or items purchased during a sale.

 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email: fred@thenextlevelinc.ca
